Notice on the Use of Virtual Assets, Overseas Exchanges, and Community Guidelines

TENARETE strictly complies with the Act on the Protection of Virtual Asset Users and all applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to fostering a sound and transparent market culture, and we will continue to take every measure to eradicate illegal activities designated by the authorities.

1. Precautions When Trading Virtual Assets

This notice aims to inform users of the risks that may arise from trading or holding virtual assets. Virtual asset transactions involve a high risk of loss, and investors should carefully consider their investment objectives, financial circumstances, and prior experience before trading.

  • Virtual assets are not legal tender, and no entity guarantees their value.

  • Virtual assets are traded 24 hours a day, 365 days a year worldwide, and are subject to sudden price fluctuations due to market supply and demand, policy decisions, national laws and regulations, and network conditions.

  • Since there are no restrictions on price volatility, investors should be aware of the risk of losing their principal investment.

  • Transactions by minors using stolen identities are strictly prohibited.

  • Virtual assets are extremely high-risk products. Investors are solely responsible for their decisions and should carefully review relevant information (e.g., whitepapers, evaluation reports) before making any investment. We strongly recommend prudent and diversified investments using only discretionary funds.

  • The use of undisclosed or insider information from issuing foundations or related entities for trading constitutes a violation of the law and may result in criminal liability. TENARETE has no relationship with any virtual asset operators, issuing foundations, or insiders.

  • Market manipulation activities (including wash trading, coordinated trading, artificial price fixing, or price control across exchanges) are punishable under the law.

  • Fraudulent transactions (including distribution of false press releases, manipulation of circulation volumes, or abuse of trading volumes to obtain unfair gains) are strictly prohibited. TENARETE does not disseminate false or exaggerated information.

For these reasons, TENARETE does not encourage or solicit investments in virtual assets. Should you choose to invest, all decisions and responsibilities rest solely with you.

2. Precautions Regarding Overseas Virtual Asset Exchanges

  • Overseas virtual asset exchanges currently accessible in Korea are not licensed as Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) domestically. Accordingly, service disruptions may occur.

  • Users of overseas exchanges should be aware of the risks of suspension of service, bankruptcy, or withdrawal issues.

  • For your protection, it is recommended that you transfer assets to a personal wallet for secure storage rather than leaving them on an exchange.

  • Certain services offered by overseas exchanges (e.g., Futures, Derivatives) may be considered unauthorized financial products. Use of such services is strongly discouraged.

  • Cases of withdrawal refusals of principal or profits frequently occur at unverified or illegal exchanges not registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Please ensure that the exchange is properly verified before use.

  • TENARETE may receive referral fees from overseas exchanges through referral links. However, registration through such links is entirely voluntary.

  • Use of overseas exchanges by minors through identity theft is strictly prohibited.

  • TENARETE does not promote overseas exchanges that have not completed domestic registration and does not engage in promotional activities.

  • TENARETE fully complies with the Capital Markets Act, the Virtual Asset User Protection Act, and the Criminal Act, and strictly avoids any actions that may violate relevant regulations.

3. Community Use Guidelines

The TENARETE community provides educational content, analyses, and chart study resources. Please note that these materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute recommendations or solicitations for specific trades, timing, or amounts.

  • All content shared within the community, including analyses, perspectives, and chart study materials, is the intellectual property of TENARETE. Unauthorized collection, distribution, or reproduction may constitute infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

  • Technical analyses, chart studies, and educational content are provided solely for learning purposes and do not guarantee investment returns.

  • Unauthorized fundraising activities (“illegal deposit-taking”) are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to promote or encourage such activities is subject to sanctions.

  • Use of another person’s identity by minors and participation in community activities are strictly prohibited.

  • Referral links to overseas virtual asset exchanges, if shared within the community, are optional and are not intended for promotional purposes.

  • Community administrators or staff will never initiate one-on-one conversations, request money, recommend investments, or engage in discretionary trading. Please be cautious of impersonation, and report any suspicious or illegal activity immediately.
