A. UIDs can be found in the My Page section of the exchange application. Access this by selecting the exchange logo or profile icon at the top left of the app.The UID consists only of numbers.
On Binance, the UID may appear as “User ID.”
On Gate.io, after clicking the profile icon, select the arrow next to your profile once more to view the UID.

Q. How do I register for an exchange account?
A. Registration must be completed exclusively through the official link provided. Please use a new email address that has not previously been associated with an account. Do not register using the Google, Apple, or other quick sign-up options displayed at the bottom of the registration screen.Q. Can I create an additional account if I already have one?
A. Yes. Additional accounts may be created through the official link using a different email address or phone number not linked to an existing account.Please note: email addresses or phone numbers already associated with the security settings of an existing account will be regarded as in use and cannot be reused.
Q. Can I modify or add a referral code to an existing account?
A. No. Existing accounts cannot be modified to include a code. A new account must be created.Q. What does “seed transfer” mean?
A. A seed transfer refers to transferring virtual assets into your exchange account.Q. How can I perform a seed transfer?
A. For first-time overseas exchange users, this typically involves purchasing assets such as XRP, TRON, or USDT through a domestic exchange and then transferring them to the overseas exchange. For detailed instructions, please refer to reliable resources such as Naver, Google, YouTube, or community guides. If difficulties arise, you may contact a support representative. -
Q. What is KYC verification?
A. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is the identity authentication process for your exchange account. Accepted documents include a national ID card, driver’s license, or passport. KYC verification is required to enable deposits, withdrawals, and trading functions.Q. I already completed KYC on an existing account. Can it be transferred to a new account?
A. The process depends on the exchange. Please refer to the exchange-specific instructions below regarding KYC transfer and cancellation:KYC Transfer & Cancellation by Exchange
Binance: Cancel KYC on the existing account, then create a new account through the official link and complete verification again.
Bybit: Create a new account using the official link, then provide your UID to the Telegram support representative. Once verified, KYC can be transferred from the existing account to the new one.
Bitget: Similar to Binance—cancel or close the existing account, then verify the new one. Previously used information (e.g., email, phone number) may be reused after a minimum 24-hour waiting period.
BingX: Create a new account using the official link, then request UID verification from the Telegram support representative. Once confirmed, log into the existing account and transfer KYC to the new account.
Gate.io: Under current regulations, previously used email addresses, phone numbers, and KYC documents (ID, driver’s license, passport) cannot be reused. New information must be provided for registration.
